Pain be gone
Long story short, I have a back injury and it makes it hard to sit let alone exercise. Since I started using IceBalm by The Lighthearted Farmer I can now sit for extended periods of time and even do some light exercise. This is not a miracle cure, I have done stretching, yoga and physical therapy along with the IceBalm and I feel much better. Thank you.

Pain relief with ice balm
My dad has nerve pain to his feet due to failed ankle fusions. He started using this 6 days ago. He has had a significant decrease in his nerve pain since starting this. He said the burning he normally experiences is completely gone after using this! I’m so grateful that he is able to get relief. Thank you
