Ingredients: spring water, organic cane alcohol (40%), organic skullcap, organic milky oat tops, organic reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), organic fractionated coconut oil, hemp extract, organic sunflower lecithin

Dosing suggestions are on each label. Each dropper is graduated (.25mL, .5mL, .75mL, and 1mL) which allows for easy dosing. Pay attention to how you feel and adjust accordingly.
